REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift certificates sales are FINAL
APPOINTMENTS/ARRIVALS
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time to park and check-in.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointments will be held for 10 minutes. After the grace period, we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away: Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service, and may require a reduced appointment time at the full service price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.
